In overall the room was spotless and updated and with bathroom and the a/c and the best continental breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, the check in was easy.

The venue's location was marvellous, next to the Big Four pedestrian bridge and and River Walk and River Walk. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

I recently stayed at the Ramada in Louisville for the PGA at Valhala. The hotel is conveniently located near my daughter's apartment and close to the interstate. The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my lost keys were found and returned to me when I returned. Additionally, the night clerk, Michael, was patient and kind, helping me with my heavy luggage when I wasn't feeling well. The manager even called to check on my satisfaction with the room. The check-in process was easy and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I do recommend this hotel.
